Listen to your heart

21verniquenicolai

Heartfulness meditation is about feeling the lightness and joy of our true nature. We learn to listen to these feelings by meditating on the heart. It is through the heart that we develop our true potential as human beings.

In just three sessions of 30 minutes each, you will learn the four core heartfulness practices—relaxation, meditation, rejuvenation and connecting with your source—so that you can practise on your own, at home.

The process is simple. Come face-to-face with one of our trainers through our website, or register through our mobile app, Let’s Meditate, on Android or Apple devices. The trainer will ask you to close your eyes and sit in a comfortable position. Once you are relaxed, think about the heart for some time and meditate on the source of light already within your heart. The thought will draw you inwards. There will be a shift from thinking to feeling; allow it to happen naturally.

Heartfulness trainers use transmission or pranahuti to help you dive deeper into you, right from the first session. The natural, subtle energy you gain helps you clear the cloud of thoughts and allows you to access the realm of feeling and go beyond that to the state of ‘being'. Try to meditate with one of our trainers to experience the effects of pranahuti.
