Bollywood movie Badla, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in the lead, has managed to impress both critics and movie goers alike. Remake of 2017 Spanish thriller The Invisible Guest, the film is continuing to have a good run at the box office.
Reports now reveal that there are plans to remake Badla into Tamil. Producer Dhananjayan reportedly bough the remake rights of Badla. Although an official announcement about the Tamil remake of the movie is yet to be made, there are reports that Trisha has been approached to play the role essayed by Taapsee Pannu. It would be interesting to see which Tamil actor gets to play the role played by Amitabh Bachchan.
Badla is about a young, successful businesswoman played by Taapsee Pannu whose life turns upside down when she gets embroiled in a murder case. Amitabh Bachchan plays Badal Gupta, a witness consultant who comes to prepare her for the impending trial hearing.
