With less than a week to go for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 to kickstart in Pakistan and the UAE, all the eight countries have confirmed their squads for the tournament which begins on February 19.
Hosts Pakistan will take on New Zealand in Karachi in the opener. Here is the full list of the confirmed squads.
GROUP A
Bangladesh
Bangladesh made the semifinals of the last ICC Men’s Champions Trophy, in 2017. Najmul Hossain Shanto will lead the side, which will be playing without Shakib Al-Hasan and Litton Das. Pacer Nahid Rana and batter Rishad Hossain, both 22, will be the players to watch out for.

Skipper Rohit Sharma will be without the services of ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah. Veteran pacer Mohammed Shami, however, is back in the squad.

Mitchell Santner will captain the Kiwis for the first time at an ICC event. In the absence of veterans Tim Southee and Trent Boult, Will O’Rourke, Nathan Smith and Ben Sears will be looking o make their mark. Kane Williamson, Devon Conway and Rachin Ravindra will bolster the batting lineup.

The defending champions have Fakhar Zaman, who scored a century in the final eight years ago, and Babar Azam in their fold. Mohammad Rizwan will lead the team.
