The Dubai International Stadium erupted as Team India defeated a gritty New Zealand to lift a record third ICC Champions Trophy on Sunday. Indian cricket fans had coloured the stands blue ahead of the final and their joy had no limits as Rohit Sharma's men crossed the winning mark with four wickets to spare.

The stadium witnessed many joyous moments involving the Indian squad and their families after the game. The families of the players who were in the stands later joined the celebrations in the middle of the park once the game was settled. Needless to say, Anushka Sharma and Ritika Sajdeh, the wives of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma respectively, were the centre of attraction during the fabulous night.

Skipper Rohit Sharma led by example with an excellent half-century as India outplayed New Zealand by four wickets in a thrilling summit clash in Dubai on Sunday to clinch the Champions Trophy title for the record third time. Rohit, who made 76 off 83 balls, struck seven fours and three sixes, during his stay in the middle as India chased down the target of 252 runs with one over remaining.

Shreyas Iyer's dance

India's silent hero of the tournament danced with ease after the ceremony. As the middle-order batter shook a leg clad in the winner's white jacket, his teammates were preparing to pose for photographs with the trophy. It was a journey down memory lane for most Indian fans, reminding them how a young Virat Kohli danced to the "Gangnam Style" moves in 2013 after having won the tournament in England.

After the award ceremony, Virat Kohli saw seamer Mohammad Shami's mother coming his way and quickly touched her feet. She patted on the star batter's back before posing for a picture, the video showed.

Rishabh Pant's and kids!

Rishabh Pant is known for spending time with the kids of his teammates. On Sunday, the wicketkeeper batter was seen chasing Ravindra Jadeja's daughter. The cat-and-mouse game ended when Pant caught hold of the young girl and embraced her. Later, Pant released her to pose for a selfie with her parents, the video showed.

Hardik Pandya meets the wives

Clad in a tricolour, an excited Hardik Pandya was seen hugging Ritika who was engaged in an animated conversation with her husband. After a brief talk with Ritika and Rohit's daughter Samaira, he proceeds to meet and greet Anushka and Virat, who were standing a few feet behind the captain's family. He was seen going for the stands after saying something to the actor, which she was seen sharing with her husband later.

In a cute video, Indian captain Rohit Sharma was seen sharing a light moment with his daughter who quickly jumped onto his shoulders. A few moments later, Anushka, who was at the dugout with Ritika comes forward and hugs the Indian captain. The two exchange a few pleasantries, the video showed.
