Kylian Mbappe has reportedly told PSG president Nasser Al Khelafi that he has made up his mind about future endeavours. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the World Cup winner with France will leave PSG as a free agent.

There was no immediate information on the 25-year-old's destination.

Mbappe has been linked to the Spanish giants Real Madrid for some time now. However, reports earlier this week suggested that the French forward's camp was unimpressed by a fresh package set forth by Los Blancos. Mbappe was unable to say yes to the La Liga side as "influential members" of his "entourage have been left unconvinced"  after going through Real Madrid's latest offer, The Athletic said in a report on Tuesday.

The report stated quoting sources that the said contract, if accepted by Mbappe, would make him the costliest star in the current Los Blacos squad by far. However, it is less than what the club offered him in 2022. The previous negotiations resulted in Real making a $140 million bid to poach him from PSG. The Frenchman is currently earning $80.8 million net before bonuses at PSG, and The Athletic notes that Real Madrid cannot match the same.

More details are awaited.
