Kerala Blasters forays into consumer goods business, launches Kravin’ banana chips

The product said to be handcrafted, uses locally-sourced ingredients

Kerala Blasters Football Club launched their FMCG brand Kravin' at an event held in Kochi on Friday and introduced their first product, a range of banana chips.

KBFC is foraying into Fast-moving Consumer Goods market with one of Kerala's beloved snacks, banana chips. A release from the football club said that the snack would be available in two sizes, 25 grams and 50 grams, and in four flavours-- classic salted, peri-peri, Spanish tango tomato, sour cream and onion.

Launching the product, KBFC Director Nikhil Bhardwaj said, “Kravin' is more than just a brand – it is a reflection of our club's values and a commitment to empowering our community. Our debut product is banana chips, a beloved snack that embodies the richness and diversity of Kerala's culinary heritage.” A statement from the FC said Kravin' banana chips are handcrafted using traditional methods and contain locally-sourced ingredients. The recipe offers an authentic and irresistible taste of Kerala, the statement said.

The FC said there are several other products in the pipeline and customers would be able to order the products online as well.
