The title song of Mohenjo Daro is was released on Wednesday and has already garnered more than 15,000 views. The song titled Mohenjo Mohenjo shows Hrithik Roshan, who plays the lead in the movie, dancing effortlessly to the music, while Pooja Hegde, his love interest, joins in with elegant movements.

The song written by Javed Akhtar was composed and sung by A.R. Rahman. Along with Rahman, Arijit Singh, Bela Shinde and Sanah Moidutty have also lend their voice to the song.

The costumes are one of the eye-catching elements of the song. While Kabir Bedi, the antagonist in the movie, spots a headgear with horns, Arunoday Singh is wearing a large turban. Hegde flaunts a headgear with feathers.

The movie has already faced criticism that the costumes did not seem to reflect the era. Costume designer Neeta Lulla had said, "The most challenging part is that no visual is available. We had to keep in mind that it (costumes) looks like of that era and also keep in mind today's audience as they are going to watch the film. We would like to show people our world of Mohenjo Daro."

Mohenjo Daro is set in the Indus Valley civilisation. Directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar, the movie is one of the most awaited releases this year. The epic adventure-drama is set to release on August 12.
