Former prime minister Imran Khan was arrested on Tuesday by the Rangers, a paramilitary force from outside Islamabad High Court.

Pakistan is bracing for another day of violence that broke out in many cities after Khan's arrest for alleged corruption with the leaders of his party announcing a countrywide strike on Wednesday to protest against the fascist government.

Pakistani actress Sehar Shinwari took to Twitter saying she wanted to file a complaint against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Research and Analysis Wing or R&AW chief for allegedly “spreading chaos and terrorism in my country”.

“Anyone knows the online link of Delhi Police? I have to file a complain against Indian Pm & Indian Intelligence Agency RAW who are spreading chaos and terrorism in my country Pakistan. If the Indian courts are free (As they claims) then I am sure Indian Supreme Court will provide me justice,” Shinwari wrote.

Delhi police replied to the tweet. They wrote, “We are afraid we still do not have jurisdiction in Pakistan. But, would like to know how come you are tweeting when the internet has been shut down in your country!”

Khan was at the Islamabad High Court to renew his bail when the Rangers arrested him at the NAB's (National Accountability Bureau) behest. Following his arrest, Khan's supporters stormed the Pakistan Army headquarters in the garrison city of Rawalpindi and the Corps Commander's residence in Lahore. They chanted slogans against the establishment and sought Khan's release. The interior ministry ordered mobile data services to be suspended.

Following Khan's arrest, authorities in three provinces imposed an emergency order banning all gatherings.
