Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing at an election rally in Madhya Pradesh claimed that he has received a report from the entire state that Congress has accepted defeat in the upcoming elections in the state.

Addressing an election rally in Betul, Modi said, “This election is to stop the palm of Congress's corruption and loot from touching Madhya Pradesh's locker. You (people) should remember, Congress's palm knows how to steal and loot. You know that wherever Congress comes, they bring destruction.” He added, “As November 17 is nearing, Congress's claims are getting exposed. Today, we got a report from the entire Madhya Pradesh that Congress has accepted the defeat and now they're relying on luck."

Modi said, “Some of the Congress leaders are sitting at home, they don't even feel like going out, Congress leaders don't know what will they say to people. Congress has accepted that their fake promises don't stand a chance in front of Modi guarantees." The prime minister charged that Congress betrayed tribals by giving fake promises and it was the BJP which made Droupadi Murmu, a tribal woman, President of the country.

"For years, Congress kept collecting votes of tribals, they got votes by telling lies. Congress kept tribals deprived of facilities like roads, electricity, water, schools, and hospitals. Congress never fulfils its promises, they promised to waive off loans before coming to power but for one-and-half years after forming government, they couldn't do it. They were busy in looting. BJP gives importance to the interest of tribals and that's why a tribal daughter Droupadi Murmu is in the position of President and is leading the country", ANI quoted Modi as saying.

"Congress never believed that abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir. They never thought that the Ram temple construction will be a reality, but we have done it," Modi said.

PM Modi said he will be in Jharkhand on Wednesday to celebrate the birth anniversary of Birsa Munda. Narendra Modi said all poll promises made would be fulfilled and this was his “guarantee”.
