Income Tax sleuths raid DMK chief Stalin's son-in-law's residence

The searches are being conducted in four premises linked to Sabareesan in Chennai

With just four more days to go for polling day in Tamil Nadu, Income Tax sleuths began raids at premises belonging to Senthamarai Sabareesan, daughter of DMK Chief M K Stalin, on Friday.

The searches are being conducted in four places connected to Sabareesan, Stalin's son -in-law who is said to be DMK's campaign strategist in the upcoming election. According to sources, four places in Chennai, connected to Sabareesan's friend Karthik Mohan and son of DMK's Annanagar candidate Mohan, his businessman friend Bala, known as G Square Bala are being searched by the Income Tax department.


G Square Realtors Private Limited is a Private company incorporated on October 12, 2012 and was earlier raided by the Income Tax department in 2019. It is classified as non-govt company and registered at Registrar of Companies, Chennai.


It may be recalled that IT searches were conducted few weeks ago in places close to AIADMK ministers Dr C. Vijayabhaskar and M.C. Sampath.
