Ace cinematographer P.C. Sreeram, on Tuesday, took to Twitter to reveal that he rejected a film which had Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut in the lead as he felt uneasy about working with her.

“Had to reject a film as it had Kangana Ranaut in the lead. Deep down I felt uneasy and explained my stand to the makers and they were understanding. Sometimes it is only about what feels right. Wishing them all the best,” Sreeram tweeted.

Replying to Sreeram’s tweet, Kangan said she had missed an opportunity to work with him and wished him the best. “I missed an opportunity to work with a legend like you sir. Its entirely my loss, I don’t know that what exactly made you uneasy about me but I am glad you took the right call, wish you all the best,” she wrote.

Kangana is playing the lead role in Thalaivi, a movie on former Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalithaa. Sreeram is busy with Venky Atluri’s Telugu film Rang De, which has Nithin and Keerthy Suresh in the lead.

It may be recalled that Sreeram had earlier worked with Kangana in her debut Tamil film Dhaam Dhoom which had Jayam Ravi in the lead.
