Virat Kohli is arguably the most loved active cricketer in the world today. When it comes to people fan worshipping him in India, the craze is on unprecedented levels. With great stardom comes the inevitable pressure of maintaining privacy and the public can't seem to have enough of Kohli. The 37-year-old recently made a comeback to domestic white-ball cricket in the Vijay Hazare Trophy for Delhi.

On Friday (December 26), a video of Kohli exiting Delhi's team bus before the List A encounter against Gujarat has gone viral. The video, a seemingly secret recording, was allegedly made by the driver of Delhi's team bus. The unidentified person was trying to get a few seconds of Kohli on his phone and is seen sitting with nonchalance as all Delhi players exit the bus along with Kohli.

The other notable person in the video is veteran Ishant Sharma who is the next person to exit the bus after Kohli. The veteran duo are amongst the last to leave the bus with only two other young players left at that point. Netizens reacted warmly to the video, congratulating the driver for uploading the video.

"If I was there at his place would hv done the same thing....Well done MATE!!!!👍👍👍" said a user on X.

However, another user felt that this was invasion of privacy and didn't consider the action to be worth appreciating.

"That is creepy" wrote the user to the handle that uploaded this video on X.

Kohli played two games for Delhi in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 season, registering scores of 131 and 77 in his outings for Delhi.
