After Viswasam, Vedhalam, and Vivegam, Ajith Kumar will have another movie beginning with the letter 'V'. According to media reports, the actor's next movie, 60th in his cinematic career, has been named Valimai.
The movie was thus far referred as 'AK 60'.
The film brings together the Nerkonda Paarvai team of director H. Vinoth, producer Boney Kapoor and Ajith. The rest of the cast hasn't been finalised yet, although the names of Keerthy Suresh and Nayanthara are being touted as the possible female leads.
The movie is expected to be an action thriller and there are rumours that Ajith will be playing a tough cop. Yennai Arindhaal, directed by Gautham Menon and released in 2015, was the last movie in which he played a police officer.

Nirav Shah will be the man behind the camera for Valimai and the movie will have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The shooting is expected to begin in December.
There are also reports that the actor will not be sporting his regular salt-and-pepper look in Valimai.
It remains to be seen if the Nerkonda Paarvai team will be able to come up with another blockbuster.
