Itanagar, Nov 7 (PTI): Police in Arunachal Pradesh's Pakke Kessang district have advised commuters and motorists to avoid the PSI-NEC Road connecting Seijosa and Pakke Kessang in the district, following a reported tiger sighting along the route.
