New Delhi, May 18 (PTI) GE Vernova T&D India's net profit nearly doubled to Rs 351.77 crore in the March quarter driven by higher revenues.
     The net profit was Rs 186.49 crore in the year-ago period, as per a regulatory filing.
     Total income rose to Rs 1,674.24 crore during the quarter from Rs 1,173.65 crore in the same period year ago.
     During 2025-26, the net profit increased to Rs 1,233.25 crore from Rs 608.33 crore a year earlier.
     Total income during FY26 rose to Rs 6,297.15 crore from Rs 4,354.89 crore in FY25.
     The board has recommended a final dividend at the rate of 500 per cent i.e. Rs 10 per equity share (face value of Rs 2 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
     The dividend will be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM, if approved by shareholders.
