Of the four bullets in the bolt-action rifle used by Tyler Robinson, only one was fired at Charlie Kirk, striking him in the neck. The bullet casing was recovered from the spot while the three other bullets were found in the rifle abandoned in a wooded area.

What did the engravings on Tyler Robinson's bullet casings mean?

The engravings reportedly referred to the internet culture as well as antifa ideology. The casing of the fired bullet read, "Notices bulges OwO, what’s this?". This was in reference to a meme used to troll transgender people and the furries, who are a community with a strong interest in humanoid animals.

OWO is a slang emoticon used by furry community to express surprise, curiosity, or confusion, with the "O"s for wide eyes and the "W" for a mouth. "Notices bulge" refers to the male genetalia.

There were three other unfired bullets. One of these casings read, "Hey Fascists! Catch". It also had an up arrow, a right arrow symbol and another three arrows pointing downwards. The symbols are likely to be a reference to the Iron Front, a militant group that resisted the Nazis in erstwhile Weimar Republic.

Another casing read, "Oh bella ciao bella ciao bella ciao ciao ciao," an Italian anti-fascist song of those who resisted dictator Benito Mussolini and Adolf Hitler. The song entered pop culture through Netflix series Money Heist.

The fourth casing had the wordings, "If you read this you are gay LMAO."
