Nearly three years after he announced his intention to join politics, Tamil superstar Rajinikanth on Thursday said his new political party would be started in January.
Rajinikanth said on Thursday the formal announcement of the launch of his party would happen on December 31. Rajinikanth said the new party would contest the upcoming Assembly polls in Tamil Nadu. Rajinikanth emphasized the new party would form a "non-corrupt, non-casteist, spiritual" government.
