On Sept. 9, on the 13th day of its release, trade analysts reported that Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra has entered the Rs 200 crore club — the 4th film to reach the spot in Mollywood this year after Empuraan and Thudarum. Now, the film, made on a reported budget of Rs 30 crore, has collected approx. Rs 210 crore. Still running successfully in theatres, the Kalyani Priyadarshan-starrer is being eyed to cross the total wordwide gross of Mollywood's biggest blockbuster, L2E: Empuraan.
How much did Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra collect on Day 14?
On day 14, the Dulquer Salmaan-backed film generated Rs 4.35 crore from domestic box office, taking its India total to Rs 98.45 crore, as per latest figures reported by industry tracker Sacnilk.
In Kerala, the reported cumulative gross after 14 days stands at Rs 71.68 crore. On the 14th day, it netted 3.50 crore.
By now, the Kalyani Priyadarshan-starrer has grossed nearly Rs 100 crore overseas, making it the third film to cross this mark this year after Empuraan and Thudarum.

The film shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon, with repeat audiences also part of the crowds flocking to theatres. The special appearances in the folklore-based superhero fantasy also contributed to the hype.
Recently, Dulquer Salmaan shared a special poster with the character name 'Moothon' on the occasion of megastar Mammootty's birthday, confirming this mystery character's bigger involvement in the upcoming entries in the 'Lokah' saga.
