Actor Hazel Keech pens unique 'thank you' note to 'haters, backbiters, manipulators'

Bollywood actor Hazel Keech, who turned 36 on Tuesday, came up with a special "thank you" note on her birthday.

In an Instagram post, Keech, who is married to former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh, said those who have abused and tortured her and blacklisted her from work only made her stronger.

"This birthday, I would like to thank all the haters, the backbiters, manipulators, the people that shun me and bad mouth me, those who have abused and tortured me, those who have blacklisted me from work and trolled me. Thank you."

She said these experiences made her thick-skinned.

Thank you for making my skin thicker, for teaching me that being cruel was a choice but so is being kind."

She wrote that those who abused and tortured her have helped her to see her own strength and resilience and "with that I grew a human and experience joy every day. I'm still standing, smiling and breathing full of gratitude."
