When Hrithik Roshan almost killed Abhay Deol, Farhan Akhtar during ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ shoot

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, starring Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol and Farhan Akhtar, may be on many people’s list favourite Bollywood films. The fun film also had some scary behind-the-scenes moments, and a new video featuring Abhay narrating one such anecdote, is what is trending on the internet now.

The actor revealed that Hrithik Roshan ‘almost killed’ him and Farhan while they were shooting a car scene. In a video shared by the Instagram handle of Zoya Akhtar’s production banner, Tiger Baby Films, the makers of the 2011 blockbuster reveal what went behind making of its “mantal bwoy” scene.

In the scene, the trio is enroute from Barcelona to Costa Brava, and Hrithik’s character gets a work call. In the interview, Abhay said that Hrithik, who’s driving the vehicle, parked it on the roadside but forgot to switch off its ignition. The moment he stepped out of the car, it began to slide towards the gorge, and Farhan jumped out. “Before shooting this scene, Hrithik almost killed me and Farhan,” Abhay said.

He added: “Farhan was really fast. He jumped out immediately, and I sat there thinking I’m going to die now."
