Of late, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been spotted with two of the leading movie directors in Kollywood.

Atlee, whose latest outing Bigil with Vijay in the lead is continuing to have a good run at box office, had, a few day ago, attended the birthday bash of king Khan. The meeting between the two led to speculations that Atlee could be making his Bollywood directorial debut. According to media reports, Atlee will not directing a remake of his earlier hits, but will be working on an original movie, tentatively titled 'Sanki'.

Atlee is not the only Kollywood director Shah Rukh Khan was spotted with recently. Maverick Kollywood director Vetri Maaran, whose latest outing Asuran floored both audience and critics alike, too was seen with the actor.

The meeting between Shah Rukh Khan and Vetri Maaran fueled speculations that the director may be making a Kollywood remake of Asuran.

The director, however, played down such speculations and rumours. According to a Times of India report, Vetri Maaran, when asked about such rumours, said the actor watched Asuran and wanted to meet him after that and added that there is nothing more to the meeting.

It remains to be seen if Asuran will be remade in Bollywood with Khan in the lead.
