A photo of a pro-Donald Trump signboard at the house of alleged Michigan church shooter Thomas Jacob Sanford went viral on Monday.
This comes hours after the ex-Marine and Iraq veteran reportedly rammed a GMC pickup truck into a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints shrine in Michigan's Grand Blanc Township, and then opened fire on the congregants inside.
He killed at least 4 people and injured 8 others before he was shot by the police, who reportedly arrived at the scene in less than a minute, an Associated Press article said.
In a chilling twist, a pro-Donald Trump signboard was spotted outside the 40-year-old ex-Marine's house in Michigan's Burton district—a short drive away from the massacred Mormon church, as per a Daily Beast report, citing public records.

The report also pointed out a June 2025 Google Maps picture of Sanford's residence, in which the blue 'Trump-Vance' yard sign could be seen outside his house, just above a 'STOP' sign.
However, netizens pounced on the possibility that Sanford could be Republican, with a few even claming that the placement of the two signs together meant he wanted to "stop Trump".
However, it was later clarified that the two signs were separate.
"This is retribution for Charlie Kirk’s death, isn’t it," one Redditor wrote.
"Did his unused bullets have something written in them..." another Redditor questioned, referencing how alleged Charlie Kirk shooter Tyler Robinson's bullets had anti-fascist messages inscribed on them.
