Charlie Kirk's shooter Tyler Robinson was identified by the law enfiorcement authorities on Friday. He is a 22-year-old Utah resident who fits the description of FBI's "college-age" suspect.
Tyler Robinson, a student at Utah State University, was arrested on Thursday night in southern Utah after his father Matt Robinson turned him in.
Who are Tyler Robinson's parents?
Tyler Robinson's father Matt Robinson runs a family-owned construction company in Utah, while his mother Amber Robinson is a care worker. Amber Robinson is employed with Intermountain Support Coordination Services, where she take care of differently abled people under the contract of the Utah state.

Earlier reports claimed that Matt was a 27-year veteran at the Washington County Sheriff's Department. However, Washington County Sheriff's Office - Utah clarified that retired Deputy Matt Robinson, who was with the Washington County Sheriff's Office, is not the same Matt. "There are several people with the same name, and this was misinformation generated from an unknown source," the sheriff's office added.
After Tyler confessed to shooting Charlie Kirk, Matt informed the authorities. Until the police arrived, Matt ensured that his son does not leave.
Tyler, has two younger brothers, can be seen enjoying vacations with his family in the photos on social media.
Beau Mason, the commissioner of the Utah Department of Public Safety, had earlier hinted that the man who shot Charlie Kirk was of "college-age", which helped him blend in with the students at the Utah Valley University.
A relative who spoke to investigators said Tyler had become more political recently and spoke in a disparaging manner about Kirk.
Tyler's roommate showed the investigators comments he had made on Discord, discussing retrieving a rifle from a drop point and then leaving the rifle in a bush wrapped in a towel.
