There is no tsunami threat for Hawai, the the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has confirmed. 

After a magnitude 7.4 earthquake was reported off Russia on Saturday night, a tsunami warning was issued for Hawaii. The earthquake occurred at 8:49 p.m. local time and the warning was issued at 9:03 p.m. It was later canceled at 9:42 p.m.

"Based on all available data there is no tsunami threat to the state of Hawaii... Therefore, the tsunami watch for Hawaii is now canceled. This will be the final message," the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center was quoted as saying by local media reports.
