It is not a secret that the marriage of President Donald Trump and Melania Trump has been troubled for a while. It may not be explicitly known, but, the First Lady, on several occasions, made displeasure with her husband known via body language cues.

According to a Daily Mail report, Melania is allegedly counting down days until she can divorce the businessman and Republican incumbent. The revelation was made Melania's former aide Omarosa Manigault Newman.

Known to be a doting mother, Melania Trump waited five months after Trump moved into the White House before she moved to Washington from New York. She waited for the couple's son Barron Trump to finish his academic year. Melania is famously known to have burst into tears when Donald Trump won the election in 2016. Reportedly, she hadn't expected him to win.

Melania, by far has stayed away from traditional First Lady duties like travelling with her husband. Melania famously stayed away from the limelight while her husband Donald Trump was being impeached in January 2020. Her public appearances have been inconsistent. She has been absent at campaign rallies in the final run-up to the elections.

Reports of Donald Trump using a body double of Melania at elections campaigns have also surfaced, though there hasn't been much proof regarding the same.

Melania has reportedly signed a pre-nuptial agreement with Trump, that allegedly forbids her from being critical of Donald Trump in interviews or publishing books containing details of the 45th US President.

Melania, known for her stoicism, is known to have on numerous occasions, swatted her husband's hand away as he reached to grab hers. On the day of Donald Trump's inauguration, as the couple walked towards the Obamas, Trump is known to have walked ahead of her. Analysts are said to have dubbed their marriage a 'contractual one'.
