Rachel Henry, 22, was booked into the Maricopa County jail in Phoenix, Arizona for smothering her three young children. She has been booked for three counts of first-degree homicide, said Phoenix Police Sergeant Mercedes Fortune.

The Arizona mother intentionally smothered two girls, one aged seven months, the other a year old and a three-year-old boy. She admitted to putting her arms over the nostril and mouth of the victims till every stopped respiration, and she described smothering the 1-year-old whereas the woman’s brother regarded on, yelling at his mom to cease and punching her “to no avail”.

No potential motive for the killings is known. But, as per information from the courtroom, one of the different adults who lived in the house said that Henry “had a methamphetamine addiction and had been acting strange the past several days”.

After killing the children, she propped them up on the sofa as though they have been napping.

The police went to the house on Monday evening after responding to an emergency name from a relative inside and located the three kids who have been pronounced useless on the scene.
