Chelsea, Liverpool, and PSG are reportedly willing to spend big if Vinicius Jr is open to negotiations on the backdrop of Kylian Mbappe's arrival to Real Madrid. According to reports, many European giants are preparing to put forth €200 million-worth offer before Brazilian Vinicius if he decides to move on instead of fighting Mbappe for a place in the starting lineup. He has managed 18 goals from 28 appearances this season for the La Liga giants, who have managed a sensational campaign despite multiple injury setbacks to key players.

Vinicius Junior, 23, predominantly operates from the left wing for Real Madrid. Kylian Mbappe's dislike to start games as a centre forward instead of on the wings is likely to make life difficult for either Vini or fellow Brazilian Rodrygo. Trying to make the most of the situation are Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal -- which are linked to 23-year-old Rodrygo.

However, Real Madrid to date have not talked about any intention to let go of the Brazilian duo. Neither have the players shown any signs of thinking beyond the Bernabeau, reports claim.  The Los Blancos got enough money in its purse to keep them despite the arrival of Mbappe. With Carlo Ancelloti in the mix of things, the club of the 'Galacticos' should have no problem in containing potential flare-ups and ego-clashes in the locker room.

The Kylian Mbappe transfer saga

Mbappe joined  PSG ranks from Monaco —- initially on loan in 2017 — for 180 million euros (now $199 million). The France star is PSG's all-time leading scorer with 233 goals and has already netted some 46 goals for Les Bleus.

But it has been frustrating at times for Mbappe at PSG, which failed to reach the quarterfinals of the Champions League in the last two seasons and has scraped through to the last 16 in second place this season.

Earlier, PSG rejected an offer of 180 million euros for Mbappe in 2021 and Real missed out a year later when Mbappe — amid frenzied speculation that the Los Blancos would finally get him to join — signed a new deal with PSG in May 2022.
