West Indies captain Jason Holder won the toss and elected to field against India in the first Test at North Sound in Antigua on Thursday.

Batsman Sharmarh Brooks will make his debut for the West Indies.

The start was delayed due to wet outfield following rain.

The match will be the opening contest of the World Test Championships for both the sides.
