Hundreds of activists from the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal staged a protest outside the Bangladesh High Commission in Delhi on Tuesday, following the killing of a Hindu man in the neighboring country.
Security has been beefed up outside the embassy, with three layers of barricades in place. Police and paramilitary forces have been deployed to maintain order.
Reports said police struggled to keep the demonstrators at bay as they attempted to climb over barricades while denouncing the Bangladesh government with slogans, raised banners, and placards.

Police also placed a Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus across the road ahead of the barricades and issued repeated warnings against creating a law and order situation.
The protesters demanded accountability from Bangladeshi authorities, with some calling for justice and the protection of minorities. They chanted "Bharat Mata Ki Jai," "Yunus Sarkar Hosh Mein Aao," and "Hindu Hatyā Band Karo."

Dipu Chandra Das, a Hindu factory worker, was lynched and burned to death by a mob over alleged blasphemy in Baluka, Mymensingh, on December 19, sparking widespread protests and condemnation.
On Monday, Bangladesh expressed grave concern over attacks on its diplomatic missions in India, summoning the Indian High Commissioner to protest incidents in New Delhi and Siliguri. Dhaka also suspended visa services at its high commission in New Delhi and its mission in Tripura amid mounting tensions between the two countries.
India, however, dismissed allegations of inadequate security, stating that the New Delhi protest was brief and posed no significant threat.
