The Minister said that ‘red warning’ (take action), predicting extremely heavy rainfall and strong winds (gusting up to 80kmph), has been issued for Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, and Kalahandi districts.
