Eight school children have been injured after the autorickshaw in which they were travelling in collided with a speeding lorry at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.
The accident took place at the Sangam Sarath theatre junction on Wednesday morning.
“Eight school children were injured and shifted to the hospital. Four of them have been discharged. Three students are undergoing treatment. One student's condition is critical,” Deputy Commissioner of Police Srinivasa Rao was quoted as saying by ANI.
A purported video of the incident captured on a CCTV camera positioned in the area shows the auto turning turtle after ramming into the lorry and passersby rushing to help.
