The flag of Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) was hoisted in a government school in Bihar's Nalanda.

After a photo of the incident went viral, authorities have a probe into it and promised action.

"We will get it investigated and will take action soon. The photo is going viral but it needs to be investigated as to when this incident happened," Kumar Anurag, SDM Bihar Sharif, Nalanda, has been quoted as saying.

A few weeks ago, Patna police had arrested three members of Popular Front of India (PFI) and SDPI and recovered from them a document on an alleged plan to “establish rule of Islam in India by 2047.”

"We dream of a 2047 where the political power has returned to the Muslim community from whom it was unjustly taken away by the British Raj," the document recovered from them read, reported The Hindu.
