The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the admit cards for the second JEE Main 2019 exam on March 20, Wednesday. Candidates can download their admit card from the official website at jeemain.nic.in.

In order to download the JEE Main 2019 admit card, candidates will be required to login using their application number, password and security pin. The date, time and venue of the examination will be given on the admit card. The schedule for the JEE Main 2019 examination may have some changes keeping in mind the Lok Sabha elections.

Candidates have been advised to download their admit card with time to spare so as to avoid last minute rush and to plan their preparation according to the changes in the schedule. The JEE Main 2019 exam will be held from April 7 to April 12.

The JEE Main 2019 exam will be held in two shifts each day. The first shift is from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and the second shift is from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The JEE Main 2019 exam will be held completely in online mode.

Candidates have been further advised not to carry anything apart from their admit card and geometry box on the day of the examination. According to an official notification on the JEE Main 2019 exam, candidates are not allowed to carry “any textual material, Calculators, Docu Pen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, and Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, printed or written material, and bits of papers, mobile phone, pager or any other device, except the Admit Card (& Geometry Box for paper-2).”

The JEE Advanced 2019 exam, which was supposed to have been held on May 19, has been rescheduled because of the Lok Sabha elections. The new date for the JEE Advance exam is May 27.
