The SSLC and second pre-university (PU) results will be announced by mid-April. Public Education Commissioner P.C. Jaffer announced that the second PUC and SSLC results would be out in the third and fourth week respectively.
Officials said that the SSLC results would be announced earlier than usual as the Lok Sabha election would clash with the evaluation. Last year, the results for second PUC and SSLC were anoounced on April 30 and May respectively.
This year, the SSLC paper evaluation will begin from April 10. Evaluation work is expected to be extended so as to not clash with the elections and the results will be out after the second phase of elections, which is on April 23, in Karnataka.
The evaluation of the second PUC answer scripts will start from March 25. The coding and decoding of the papers will be from March 21.
The evaluation process for the SSLC paper will be done online while the PUC evaluation would be done online and manually. The marks will be entered the marks online during evaluation so as to avoid delay in the process.
