The All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) on Sunday released the list of candidates for 20 Lok Sabha seats in Tamil Nadu where the party has formed a pre-poll alliance with the BJP, the DMDK and the PMK. The state goes to polls on April 18.

- M. Thiyagarajan – Nilagiri
- P.H. Manojpandian – Thirunelveli
- Thazhai M. Saravanan – Nagapattinam
- S. Asaimani – Mayiladuthurai
- Dr P. Venugopal – Thiruvallur
- J. Jayavardan – Chennai South
- Marakadam Kumaravel – Kancheepuram
The BJP will field candidates in Kanyakumari, Sivagangai, Coimbatore, Thoothukudi and Ramanathapuram.
PMK will contest in Dharmapuri, Villuppuram, Arakkonam, Chennai Central, Dindigul, Sriperumbudur and Cuddalore. The DMDK has been allocated the constituencies of Kallakurichi, Tiruchirappalli, Chennai North and Virudunagar.
The AIADMK announced the candidates on the same day when the opposition DMK also released its list of candidates which included Rajya Sabha MP M.K. Kanimozhi, former Union ministers Dayanidhi Maran and A. Raja.
