The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the results for JEE Main January 2019 on Saturday on their official website ecounselling.nic.in. The examination was held over five days from January 8-12. Close to a lakh students had appeared for the JEE Main January 2019.
How to check your JEE Main January 2019 results:
1. Visit the website ecounselling.nic.in
2. Click either on 'Through Application Number and Password' or 'Through Application Number and Date of Birth'.
3. You will be redirected to a new page where you will have to enter the respective login details, including password and security pin.
4. Your result will appear on the website.
5. Download and save it for future reference.
Please note that the results would not be send separately by post or email to the candidates.
The JEE Main January 2019 results have been published 11 days ahead of the scheduled release date. This was the first time that the JEE Main was held in January. From this year onwards, there will be two JEE Main examinations for admission to undergraduate engineering courses in IITs across India. The next JEE Main examination will be held in May. This is also the first time that the NTA has conducted the JEE Main exam.
The application for JEE Main April 2019 will be released in February.
