The counting for the crucial assembly elections has begun at 8 am on Tuesday. Assembly elections were held in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Mizoram in the last one month. While Chhattisgarh went to polls in two phases on November 12 and 20, Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram assembly elections were held on November 28. Elections to Telangana and Rajasthan assemblies were held December 7.
