While the official cause of death has not yet been released, most initial reports suggest that a heart attack was the preliminary cause. Her family mentioned that she had complained of dizziness and feeling slightly unwell shortly before her condition suddenly deteriorated.
There are also reports that she had collapsed after feeling unwell, and the fall led to a head injury, resulting in internal bleeding.
What are the warning signs?
Not every heart attack is associated with severe chest pain or collapse. Heart attacks can be silent and often cause mild and subtle symptoms.
A silent heart attack occurs when blood flow to a section of the heart muscle is blocked, producing symptoms that are mild, unusual, or entirely unnoticed. It may manifest as subtle sensations such as fatigue, shortness of breath, heartburn, or mild discomfort. Due to low awareness and busy lifestyles, these vague symptoms are often dismissed as stress, acidity, or ageing. This delay in seeking medical attention makes silent heart attacks particularly dangerous and potentially life-threatening.
Factors causing a silent heart attack include: Diabetes-related nerve damage, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, smoking and obesity, chronic stress, hormonal differences and age also play a role in women.
Four signs of a silent heart attack
* Unusual fatigue or weakness: When tiredness lingers despite proper sleep, it can indicate that the heart is under strain. Although many people naturally blame stress or the ageing process, this specific type of fatigue is often the body's way of signalling reduced cardiovascular efficiency.
* Shortness of breath: Breathlessness without accompanying chest pain is a common 'silent' warning sign of heart trouble. Often mistaken for asthma, stress, or poor fitness, this symptom actually reflects the heart's struggle to receive oxygen-rich blood and should be evaluated by a professional immediately.

* Mild chest pressure and discomfort: Rather than an acute stabbing sensation, many patients experience a vague feeling of fullness, tightness, or heartburn. Since these sensations are easily mistaken for common digestive issues, they are often dismissed, allowing a cardiac event to progress unnoticed.
* Jaw, neck, back, or arm pain: The subtle pain or discomfort may radiate to areas like the jaw, neck, upper back, or left arm, mostly in women and older adults.
