As of April 20, 2026, "Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge" earned Rs 1,756 crore (and counting) in worldwide gross, beating the lifetime gross of Allu Arjun's "Pushpa 2: The Rule" (Rs 1,742 crore).
The Ranveer Singh movie has now set its target on the lifetime gross of "Baahubali 2: The Conclusion". It requires approximately Rs 54 crore more to surpass the worldwide collection of the Prabhas-starrer.
This means "Dhurandhar 2" needs to repeat the same performance it demonstrated in its fourth week, because Rs 54 crore is the amount it collected in its fourth week. The Rajamouli film took around 35 days to earn the Rs 1,810.60 crore lifetime gross. "Dhurandhar 2" is currently in its fifth week of release and continues to narrow the gap.
"Dhurandhar 2" officially surpassed "Pushpa 2: The Rule" to become the third highest-grossing Indian film of all time globally on its 31st day.
In terms of domestic net collections, though, "Dhurandhar 2" (Rs 1,115.67 crore) has already surpassed "Baahubali 2" (around Rs 1,103 crore), becoming the first Hindi film to cross the Rs 1,000 crore net mark in India.
The film's daily momentum has slowed significantly following the release of the horror-comedy "Bhooth Bangla", which has taken a large share of screens. Trade analysts suggest that while reaching the Rs 1,800 crore mark is challenging, it remains within striking distance if it sustains its current weekend growth.
"Baahubali 2" was the first Indian film ever to cross the Rs 1,000 crore mark worldwide, achieving this in just 10 days. With an estimated 10 crore tickets sold in India, it holds one of the highest admissions records in modern Indian cinema history. It established the "Pan-India" trend, becoming a massive success in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam simultaneously. Globally, it remains the second-highest-grossing Indian film of all time, trailing only Aamir Khan's Dangal (Rs 2,024 crore).
