Within four days of release, the Malayalam comedy-drama Vaazha 2 has collected ₹62.95 crore worldwide. The total gross collection in India reportedly rose to ₹29.70 crore, while overseas collections alone stood at ₹33.25 crore. From a total of 5,873 shows, the film earned a net collection of ₹25.60 crore in India, reports said.
Notably, the film surpassed the first part’s total collection within just four days. Since Sunday (April 5) was a holiday, it was expected that the film’s earnings would increase significantly, with family audiences flocking to theatres.
Vaazha 2, which had earned ₹1.50 crore from advance bookings in Kerala alone, reportedly collected ₹10.5 crore worldwide on its opening day. Released in theatres on Thursday, the film went on to earn ₹45.5 crore globally in its first three days until Saturday. With this, the film also achieved a major record—it surpassed the lifetime collection of its first part within just three days.
Vaazha, the first part, released in 2024, had a lifetime worldwide gross of ₹41.75 crore.

Vaazha 2: Biopic of a Billion Bros earned ₹7.00 crore from 1,629 shows on the third day, reports said. This took the total gross collection in India to ₹19.72 crore and the net collection to ₹17.00 crore. On the third day, the film earned ₹10.00 crore overseas, taking the total overseas collection to ₹23.25 crore. This brought the worldwide total to ₹42.97 crore in three days.
On the second day, the movie managed ₹5.25 crore from 1,233 shows. The film earned ₹5.50 crore overseas on the second day, taking the total overseas collection to ₹10.00 crore and the worldwide total to ₹21.60 crore.
