Mithun Chakraborty transforms into Tagore's Kabuliwala in the trailer

The trailer of Mithun Chakraborty starrer Kabuliwala is out. The movie directed by Suman Ghosh, stars Abir Chatterjee, Sohini Sarkar and Anumegha Kahali as Mini, the little girl who befriends Rahmat, played by Chakraborty.

The movie set in 1965 Kolkata, follows the story of a man, who migrates from Afghanistan; a man who has a family, a 'Mini' of his own back home. The Bengali movie is slated to release on December 22. Kahali as Mini captures one's attention in the trailer. The dialogues grabs your attention too.

From the trailer, it looks as though the movie will pull at your heartstrings. The movie is being produced by SVF Entertainment and Jio Studios. “In stepping into Rahmat's shoes in Kabuliwala' I find myself traversing the timeless corridors of Tagore's narrative.
