The true-crime documentary sheds light on the cracks in the social justice system and the struggles of sexual assault survivors. The documentary is centred around the work of investigative journalist Rachel (Rae) de Leon who notices a pattern in which sexual assault survivors are being arrested for 'falsely' reporting a rape.
