We are back with the list of releases on streaming platforms this week. The long slate of new releases includes Bollywood films, Korean dramas and documentaries.

Here is a quick look at what's arriving on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney plus Hotstar and other platforms.

Re/Member: Netflix

Release date: February 14

The Japanese horror movie tells the story of a group of high school students who for parts of a corpse hidden in their school. If they fail to do so, they are stuck in a curse and will be killed by the 'Red Person'. They need to find the corpse to break free from a time loop.

The Romantics: Netflix

Release date: February 14

The Netflix docu-series seeks to celebrate the legacy of Bollywood filmmaker Yash Chopra, and his Yash Chopra Films. The series will take a deep dive into the history of Bollywood and Yash Chopra's role in moulding it while taking the movies and its stars to the world. Several prominent actors who worked in his films will make an appearance in the docu-series. It will also feature a rare appearance by his son, producer-director Aditya Chopra.

Malikappuram: Disney plus Hotstar

Release date: February 15

The Malayalam drama, featuring Unni Mukundan in the lead, was released in theatres in December and received an overwhelming response from the audience. The film revolves around an eight-year-old girl and her devotion to Lord Ayyappa. Following a personal tragedy, she embarks on a trip to the hill shrine. The film features Deva Nandha, Ramesh Pisharody among others.

African Queens: Njinga - Netflix

Release date: February 15

Yet another docu-series, African Queens portrays the real story of Queen Njinga of Angola. Executive produced and narrated by Jada Pinkett Smith, the four-part documentary tracks the struggles of the Angola Queen who successfully fought off Portuguese slavers.

The Night Manager: Disney plus Hotstar

Release date: February 17

The series, which is the Indian adaptation of John le Carre's novel by the same name, will be headlined by Aditya Roy Kapoor. Dubbed as a high-octane thriller, the series is created and directed by Sandeep Modi. Actors Sobhita Dhulipala, Tillotama Shome, Saswata Chatterjee and Ravi Behl area also part of the cast.

Lost: ZEE5

Release date: February 16

The investigative thriller set in Kolkata will see Yami Gautam essay a crime reporter in search of a missing theatre activist. Inspired by true events, Lost was screened at international festivals, such as Chicago South Asian Film Festival 2022, Atlanta Indian Film Festival 2022 and 53rd International Film Festival of India. The film is directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury.

Cirkus: Netflix

Release date: February 17

The Rohit Shetty-directorial starring Ranveer Singh was released in theatres in December, and failed to make a mark at the box office. Ranveer played a dual role in the film which also featured Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra among others.

Unlocked: Netflix

Release date: February 17

The Korean thriller revolves around a woman whose life turns upside-down after a man gets a hold of her lost cell phone and uses it to track her every move. The series is reportedly based on a bestselling Japanese novel.
