With theatres reopening in many states across the country, movies have begun to hit the big screens. Akshay Kumar-starrer Bell Bottom was the first big movie to open in theatres amid the second wave. On Friday, Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi's thriller Chehre hits theatres.

Untold: Caitlyn Jenner, a documentary series that looks inside the life of Caitlyn Jenner, dropped on Netflix on August 24. With the story of her achievements, as well as internal struggles, and the decision to transition from Bruce to Caitlyn, the documentary takes the viewer through all of it. Season 1 of Netflix series Clickbait also starts streaming on August 25. When family man Nick Brewer is abducted in a crime with a sinister online twist, those closest to him race to uncover who is behind it and why. Thriller movies Post Mortem: No One Dies in Skarnes and Open Your Eyes have also released on Netflix this week

The Empire: Disney plus Hotstar

The eight-episode historical fiction series is based on Raiders from the North—the first book in Alex Rutherford's Empire of the Moghul series. The plot follows the first emperor of the Mughal dynasty, Zahīr ud-Dīn Muhammad Babur, since his ascension to the throne of Fergana at the age of 12. The show stars Kunal Kapoor, Dino Morea, Shabana Azmi, Rahul Dev, among others. The show is created by Nikkhil Advani and produced by his sister Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani under Emmay Entertainment. Shabana Azmi plays Aisan Daulat Begum, Babur's grandmother and counselor in his early years.

Engineering Girls season 2: Zee 5

Directed by Apoorv Singh Karki, season 2 revolves around Maggu, Sabu and Kiara as they are set to face new challenges in the final year of college. The show stars Kritika Avasthi, Barkha Singh, and Sejal Kumar.
