Mandira Bedi says it is 'time to begin again' in new post

Actress Mandira Bedi, who is coping with the sudden demise of her husband, took to Instagram on Monday morning to share wrote a note to herself. "I am worthy, I am capable, I am loved, I am strong," read Mandira Bedi's note.

Sharing a picture of the note, she captioned it: Time to #beginagain.

Mandira lost her husband and filmmaker Raj Kaushal in June. He died due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 49. Recently, she also posted a photo of her family—herslef, her parents and her two children Vir and Tara—and said she was grateful for their presence in her life. She captioned: “#Grateful for my #Family and all the love, support and kindness.”

Mandira and Raj tied the knot in 1999. Their son Vir was born in 2011. They adopted their daughter Tara in July last year.

Actor Rohit Roy was one of the first to share the news of Raj's death on social media. In an emotional note, he said: “And just like that, he’s gone, even without saying good bye. Too numb with grief and shock to react. This is not fair, just not fair,” he wrote.

He further wrote: “Raj, my friend, my brother, keep spreading the cheer where ever your next abode is. Knowing your penchant for good homes, I am sure you are looking for a good spot in heaven RIGHT NOW! We all loved you dearly and you know that. Unfortunately, we kept saying next week next week and that week never came. See you on the other side my bro. Till we raise hell again, REST IN PEACE.”
