The nominations for the 73rd Primetime Emmys have been announced. Netflix's The Crown tied with The Mandalorian (Disney + Hotstar) for most number of nominations—24 apiece. Marvel sensation WandaVision, also from Disney+ is close behind with 23 nominations.

HBO and HBO Max led all networks with 130 nominations, followed by Netflix with 129.

The September 10 ceremony, which last year was held virtually because of the COVID-19 pandemic, will air live on CBS from a theatre and include a limited in-person audience of nominees and guests.
