Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty has expressed readiness to help those affected by the second wave of COVID-19. She asked people to reach out to her and said she would try her best to help in any way she can.

In an Instagram story, the actor said tough times call for unity, and asked people to "help all those that you can."

“Tough times call for unity, help all those that you can. Small help or big help, help is help. Dm me if I can help in any way. will try my best... take care, be kind... Love and strength,” she wrote.

After the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput in June, Rhea faced much social media harassment. Sushant's family also filed a complaint against her and her family members for abetment of suicide. They also alleged that she had siphoned off money from Sushant's account. She was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau for alleged consumption of drugs. After Sushant's death, the  NCB had initiated probe into drug use in Bollywood. Rhea's brother Showik Chakraborty was also arrested, and released on bail recently.
