Actress Rhea Chakraborty who has stayed off social media for over six months broke her silence on Women's Day. She took to Instagram to post a picture of her mother who is her 'strength, faith and fortitude'. In the picture, Rhea is holding onto the hand of her mother.
She wrote: “Happy Women’s Day to us .. Maa and me .. together forever … my strength, my faith, my fortitude – my Maa.”
The actress has been in the news since actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death in June last year. Rhea, who was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau, in connection with a drugs probe associated with Sushant's death, is currently out on bail. She and her brother Showik Chakraborty are among the 33 people named in the chargesheet submitted by the NCB last week.
