RGV announces biopic, it’ll have ‘violence, love, sex and controversies’

The biopic will have three parts of two hours each

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has announced that his biopic is in the works. In a series of tweets, RGV said that the biopic will show different phases of his life.

He added that the biopic, Ramu, can be divided into three parts of two hours each. In the first part, a young actor will play the lead role while a different actor will be seen playing the filmmaker in the second part. The third part will have RGV playing himself.

The first part, he said, will be about his college days , his first love and will also feature Vijayawada’s gang-fights. He added that the first part will also show how he ‘cunningly manipulated and made Shiva’. The second part will be about his “life in Mumbai with girls, gangsters and Amitabh Bachchan.” The third part “will be about his failures and radical thoughts on God, sex and society.”

The filmmaker added that the first look poster of the film will be out at 5pm on Wednesday.

Written by RGV himself, the biopic is directed by debutant Dorsai Teja, and bankrolled by Bommaku Murali.
