Salman Khan, who has been staying at his Panvel farmhouse since the lockdown began, is reportedly gearing up to shoot for the next season of Bigg Boss. According to a Mumbai Mirror report, Salman will return as the host of the 14th season of the reality show in September.

“Yes, Salman is on board and the show kicks off in two months. We have started talking to prospective participants, among them are popular television actors, Vivian Dsena and Nia Sharma, and Shekhar Suman’s actor son Adhyayan, and are hopeful they will come on board,” Mirror quoted a source as saying.

While there has been no official clarification of this or about the contestants, Adhyayan Suman took to social media to clarify that he will not be part of the show. The Raaz 3 actor took to Twitter to clear the air. He wrote, “False news of me being a part of big boss ! Thanks but no thanks ! Disrespectful to say the least ! #BigBoss @ColorsTV please clarify this! Regards.”

On the workfront, Salman is also set to complete shoot of his next film Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, according to reports.

Due to travel and work restrictions in place due to the pandemic, the team has decide to shoot the remaining portions of the film in a studio in Mumbai, Mumbai Mirror reported. “With the new travel restrictions, flying abroad for the shoot is ruled out and the team is contemplating shooting it against a green screen now with visual effects making it appear like it’s been shot abroad. The action sequence will also be shot in a city studio. There’s 10-12 days of work left on the film,” a source was quoted as saying.

Radhe was scheduled for an Eid release this year but got delayed due to the pandemic. Though there’s no information about when theatres will reopen the country, makers of Radhe are eyeing a Diwali release for the film.

Directed by Prabhudheva, Radhe is produced by Salman along with brother Sohail Khan and Atul Agnihotri.
